    The company owns Land Bank in El-Seyouf Area in Alexandria, which is an area that witnesses high population density. The area combines key corridors in the governorate from the international Coastal Road and Highway to Alexandria Courniche as:

    Residential:
    • 131,000 Sqm is designated to residential projects , divided into 211 plots, ranging from 255 Sqm to 1,365 Sqm.
    Commercial and Administrative:
    • 32,500 Sqm is designated to administrative and commercial projects, divided into 4 plots with areas ranging from 6,000 Sqm to 9,600 Sqm.
    Facilities and Roads:
    • 92,300 Sqm is designated to facilities and roads.
    • The city provides services such as a sports club, a post office, schools and police office.
    Advantages of Montaza City:

    1.Montaza City is as an integrated project (residential/retail/office/service) project, the master plan was designed by Sabbour Consulting Office.

    2.Montaza city is one of the biggest approved and proclaimed projects which presently exist in Alexandria, it is 15 minutes from Alexandria Corniche.

    3.The city was planned in accordance with law No 119 of 2008, with foot print 100% of the land area and height is one and half times the street width subject to compliance with civil aviation requirements, with minimum height of 27 meter (Ground floor + 8 typical floors).

    4.All lands of Montaza city overlook streets that range in width between 20, 22, 25 and 32 meter wide.

    8.The city is divided into five neighborhoods for development in accordance with definite timeline.
